Nowadays, the success of individuals and organizations requires openness to change. The organizations have abandoned the traditional way of thinking about work and work environment. Being employed means more than having a job and performing the activities assigned through the job description. It means a multitude of responsibilities that the organization and the individual share, towards achieving the company’s objectives, and in alignment with the company’s values, mission and vision. Taking into consideration the importance of developing a new philosophy regarding the HR function in the present VUCA world, the Society for Business Excellence and The Bucharest University of Economic Studies jointly call for papers on “HR – a game changer of the business strategy”

The papers submitted should be related to the following topics, and not only:

  • HR and organizational strategy

  • Coaching and HR development
