The 17th International Conference on Business Excellence
Rethinking business: Sustainable leadership in a VUCA world
23 – 25 March 2023
“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” – Abraham Lincoln
Mini Track Chair:
Digitization in the era of IoT, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence changes the profile of the consumers, employees and the practice of management and business administration as we know it: new IT software, tools and smart connected devices, through their dynamic evolution, are continuously modifying the way consumers keep themselves informed and make purchasing decision. Within organizations, these new technologies have changed the structure of the organization, the work that is being performed and the skills that are required, as well the way that members communicate with each other. Artificial intelligence and big data have transformed the decision-making process. These transformations and predictions of the future evolution of the digital economy are the subject of the “Business Digitization” mini-track.
